LOL-playing vinyl record
like any interweb idear, things get played out pretty fast. i was finding lolcats amusing, yet had no real inclination to join into the fray until this idear popped up~
it's the combination of the aforementioned phenomenon and another hobby of mine, LP record album covers. in this case it's the supreme 1955 'mambo for cats' cover by jim flora.
you will either be:
1) lol!
2) wtf?
3) meh.

and the rest: yeah, this album cover is one of may personal favorites, it is prominently displayed in my abode.
